1) How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy! Just follow the simple steps below

Browse through our shop and choose your desired products.

 

Click the ‘Add to cart‘ button to purchase the selected product

 

 

To view items in your cart, click the cart icon

 

 

Here, you may modify the number of items you wish to order. Click ‘Update Cart‘ if you have made any changes. The new total should be updated

 

 

Once you’re done shopping, click the ‘Checkout‘ button to proceed to payment

At the checkout page, please fill in your billing details so that we can create a personalised account for you. You can check the status of your orders and delivery from your account page.
For futures purchases, login using your username (your email) and password.

 

 

If you have a coupon code, please make sure to enter it in before proceeding to payment, otherwise you won’t benefit from the discount.
Once entered, click ‘Apply Coupon

 

To complete your order, check the terms & conditions box, then click the ‘Place order‘ button

2) What are coupon codes and how do I use them?

Coupon codes are similar to shopping vouchers. When used, a discount is applied to the final purchase amount.

Apply the coupon code at the checkout page where it says ‘Click here to enter your code

3) What are the delivery charges?

Nagoke Store offers FREE Shipping for orders above RM150*

(*for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia only)

Otherwise, the delivery rates are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia
– Orders < RM150 = RM8

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)
– From RM8 onwards

4) What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Razer Merchant Services (formerly known as MOLPay), one of Southeast Asia’s leading payment gateways, hence you can be assured that your payments are securely processed. Our payment options are very flexible!

Supported payment methods:
Online banking – all major Malaysian banks are supported. You need to have online banking facilities enabled first. Check with your local bank for more information.
Credit card – Visa and Mastercard are supported.
Cash – pay at your nearest 7-Eleven convenience store.

5) What is B Infinite? How do I collect B Infinite points?

***NOTE: Effective 1st January 2019, BPoints will no longer be issued due to termination of agreement between MOLPay and B Infinite card.

B Infinite (formerly BCARD) is a loyalty program which earns you points (known as BPoints) each time you spend at participating merchants. These points can be redeemed as cash at participating Merchant Partner outlets.

After you have successfully paid for your order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from MOLPay.
At the bottom of the email there will be a link ‘Click here to key in your BCard Number to collect points’
Just click the link and enter you B Infinite number

Note: Transactions made via 7-Eleven do not qualify for B Infinite points collection

6) When will I receive my order?

No one likes to wait for their orders! We understand this and as such, your order will be shipped out within 1 working day after payment is received.

For your convenience and peace of mind, you will be given a tracking number

Delivery times will vary based on courier service providers.
Typical delivery times (via POS Malaysia) are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia
– 1 to 3 working days

Sabah & Sarawak
– 2 to 5 working days (Standard delivery)
– 5 to 10 working days (Economy delivery)

7) I haven't received my order. What should I do?

We strive to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Please note that we depend on courier service providers to fulfill our shipments. At times however, there may be unforeseen circumstances which may delay delivery of your order and this is unfortunately beyond our control.

Should there be a delay in delivery, please track your order first as it may already be in transit.

If you have failed to receive any information about the status of your order, kindly contact us. Remember to include your name and order number.

8) The item I received is wrong/expired. What should I do?
