Returns

Return of products will only be entertained if :

1) Wrong product received (not as per order)

2) Product is expired

Please note that customers need to contact us via email at support@nagoke.my within 3 days of receiving the product, following which additional details about the return process will be disclosed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange following inspection.

If you are approved, you will receive a replacement product/s within 3 working days.

The Customer shall be responsible for the safe return of the Product to Nagoke Store. Nagoke Store will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product before reaching us. Customers are advised to securely pack the Product before returning it.

In the event the replacement product is out of stock, the customer can choose to wait for the product to be in stock or be refunded in the form of store credit/coupon code. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned
